The executive track (USA master's)
The three California master's degrees can also be studied on an executive track that combines study with paid practical training.
✦ Year 1: coursework, while you work up to 20 hours a week at your training site. Your salary helps you pay tuition.
✦ Year 2: full-time practical training at your site.
✦ Classes: live online every week, plus in-person sessions about once a month (2–3 days) in Los Angeles or San Diego.
Things to know before you choose this track
✦ You need an approved practical-training site before the program starts. We help you prepare for this.
✦ Groups start together as closed cohorts, so you can't join late.
✦ Once classes begin, you can't change or transfer to another program.
✦ You must keep your student visa status: stay enrolled full time and follow your training authorisation.
✦ Your salary helps, but it doesn't cover all your costs. You still need to show funds for your visa.
